"Priorities, Priorities" (Haggai 1:1-15)

Paul Domen, April 23, 2017
Part of the None series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

The book of Haggai contains four prophetic messages, each of which contains an important spiritual principle. The first message emphasizes the principle of priorities, and is a call to personal examination. The prophet exhorts God's people to get on with the work of God, and does so by giving them three important reminders: 1) God is to occupy first place in our lives, 2) Having the wrong priorities in life opens the door to God's chastening, 3) Obedience opens the door to God's blessing.
